1. Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days depending on your location.

2. How long does processing take?

Each item is made to order. Processing normally takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

5. What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because items are made to order, we cannot replace or refund items for size issues.

Please check the size chart before ordering.

6. My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

If you still can’t locate the package, contact us and we’ll assist you.
