When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are sent automatically by email once your package ships.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days, and delivery takes 10–14 business days depending on location.

Tracking Shows “Delivered” But I Didn’t Receive It

If your package says delivered but you don’t see it:

- Check with neighbors

- Check mailbox, parcel lockers, or side doors

- Contact your local post office or carrier

- Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are scanned early)
